Return and Refund Policy
At Jake Wanderer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy provides you with the following options.
1. Return Policy
- We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the damaged or defective item. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund, which will be credited to the cash on delivery amount you paid during the original purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
Please note that we only issue refunds for defective or damaged items. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered by mistake, such as incorrect size or color preferences.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Products without the original packaging.
- Items that are non-defective but are ordered incorrectly by the customer.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the original product and place a new order.
